To flash TephraXMODV3 you must use EcuFlash 1.44.4 and above.  Generally, 1st time flasher to an Evo X/RA you need to have EcuFlash ignore the “protected memory areas”. Download the zip file below and put it anywhere you want. Open up zip. Double click on the reg file and that's it. Make sure ECUFlash is closed when doing so.
